Old Mutual’s acquisition of Genric Insurance Company estimated at 300 million rands

Through its subsidiary Old Mutual Insure, Old Mutual has acquired the entire ownership of Genric Insurance Company (Genric), including the 30% stake belonging to RH Bophelo Limited (RHB), an investor in the health care sector, for a cash total estimated at almost 90 million de rands (about 5.2 million rands).
