Msadaa’s Talys ahead of David Layani’s Onepoint and Mongi Baccar’s Ficom for Tunisie Digitale 2020 strategic plan

Founded and managed by the two engineers who assisted the Central Bank of Tunisia in its information system strategy, the Talys group has once again been chosen by Tunis following a call for tenders.

The Tunisian Ministry of Communication Technologies, headed by Minister Nizar Ben Neji, recently selected Talys Consulting to develop a change management reference framework for the projects of the National Strategic Plan (PNS), Tunisie Digitale 2020. The French Development Agency, the African Development Bank, and the Tunisian State co-finance the programme.
