Mediterrania Capital Partners halves its stake in Moroccan clinics Aktidal
The fast-growing clinic group will list on the Moroccan stock market in early December, a €120 million operation that will increase the capital by 26%. The Mediterrania Capital Partners fund, which holds 20% of the group, is selling half of this stake.

Asafo & Co, CFG Finance, BMCE Capital and Mazars are the principal advisors of Aktidal‘s IPO, which will start on November 29 after the Moroccan Capital Market Authority (AMMC) approved the deal on 22 November.
