Timing tightens for Madagascar’s unsigned Volobe dam project involving Axian, Africa 50, Scatec, and Colas

Without a green light, discussions are intensifying around the Volobe PPP dam project in eastern Madagascar, which brings together Axian, Africa50, Scatec (formerly SN Power) and the Colas group, well-established on the island.
