Senegal: Senergy 2 solar power plant changes shareholders 

While allowing Africa REN to keep control of the solar power plant, the change of ownership launched the French group’s first financial vehicle dedicated to renewable energy.

Senergy 2, the first solar photovoltaic plant in West Africa, has changed ownership. The plant, commissioned in 2016, was owned by Africa REN Invest (ARI), the first investment vehicle of the sustainable solutions developer led by Gilles Parmentier.
