After several years of study and negotiations in Paris, Washington and Addis Ababa, it has emerged that the Tulu Moye plant will benefit from the World Bank‘s Multilateral Investment Guarantee Agency (MIGA) program. The component parts covered are equity and quasi-equity investments on Tulu Moye Geothermal Operations Plc (TMGO), the project leader.
