The entry into the stock of InTouch will be made through a capital increase carried out jointly by CFAO Group—headed by Richard Bielle—a subsidiary of the Japanese conglomerate Toyota Tsusho Corporation (TTC), and Mobility54, an investment vehicle created with TTC in 2019 specialising in mobility.
