Serge Thiemele’s First Capital advises NSIA Bank on AfDB €50 million loan

On 22 September, the African Development Bank (AfDB) signed a €50 million loan with NSIA Banque, the pan-African banking group incorporated in Côte d’Ivoire. This is the first time that the institution has committed to this level of financing with a French-speaking African bank. The fund comprises a €35 million loan and a €15 million portfolio guarantee.
