In the midst of a major overhaul over the past year, NSIA Banque Côte d’Ivoire has strengthened its management with the arrival of Max-Alphée Djecketh as director and advisor to the general manager Léonce Yacé. The latter, who has been at the head of the establishment for four years, is in fact deploying his five-year strategic plan Altitude 2022-2026, which aims, among other things, to boost net banking income and develop digital services to increase the number of customers, as Yacé explained to Jeune Afrique at the beginning of last June.
