The Pan-African advisory and investment company co-founded by Benin’s former Prime Minister, Lionel Zinsou and the ex-president of the AfDB, Donald Kaberuka, already supports the government in neighbouring Togo as a strategic partner in the deployment of the Plateforme industrielle d’Adétikopé (PIA), a special economic zone.
