Mbabane contracts the Chinese consortium Sakhalive for the €136m Mpakeni Dam in Eswatini

The contract to build the Mpakeni dam on the Ngwavuma River in Eswatini has been awarded to the Sakhalive consortium, controlled by Yellow River – a company affiliated with the Chinese Ministry of Water Resources – and Sinohydro.
