Alitheia IDF closes at $100 million with support from AfDB, IDC, DGGF, Soros Foundation, and NSIA

The private equity fund, dedicated to women entrepreneurs in English-speaking Africa, recently closed at $100 million. The last financing of $24.6 million was provided by the European Investment Bank (EIB).

The first investors were the African Development Bank, the Industrial Development Corporation, Dutch Good Growth Fund, FinDev Canada, Soros Foundation, Bank of Industry of Nigeria and the Nigerian Sovereign Investment Authority (NSIA).
