The project resulted from a call for tenders from the Millennium Challenge Account (MCA) Benin. Valued at €8.5 million and co-financed by the MCA and NEoT Offgrid Africa (NOA) – €3.8 million in equity from the latter – the project will electrify 12 localities in the country by June 2023, Africa Business + has learned.
